ABOUT.
GUNBARREL COMMUNITY ALLIANCE (GCA)
We're a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by neighbors to work for smart development in Gunbarrel. We have no paid staff. We are all volunteers. We are not opposed to affordable housing. We are not opposed to development. We will work with the city of Boulder and Boulder County to guide development in Gunbarrel in a way that preserves and enhances Gunbarrel's unique rural character and natural resources. We need to create a Gunbarrel Area Plan!
GCA MISSION
-
Ensure the protection of Gunbarrel open spaces, wildlife corridors, and other valuable natural resources.
-
Represent Gunbarrel residents in city and county land use planning and development decisions.
